Structure

The frame is 40×40 rectangular steel welding production;fuselage aging line using a dedicated special aluminum alloy;nose and tail curved seal plate is made of 1.5mm cold roll forming,galvanized legs with adjustable foot cups, body 2 m period.

Whole aging line about 47 small circular trolley combination, easy aging different products:Trolley outside dimensions: length 550 × width 440 × height 430 (mm).

Light blocking shield

Located on both sides of the line all the way to block all decent light shield (except non-electric operating area), using 4mm combined with tinted plexiglass plate made of aluminum alloy. Effective energy-saving lamps light attenuation and better protect the eyes.
