Function and features::

This equipment is suitable for all kinds of LED street lamps and electronic 

electrical appliances manufacturer, specialized in water assembly, the 

power system using variable frequency speed control system, stable 

performance, safety and reliability, simple operation.

Specification :

Driver device:

Adopt   1.5 KW / 380 v motor, reducer 

adopts 100 # 1:6 0, speed 1-5 M/minutes adjustable, PLC 

control, head support using 40 x 40 x 2.0mm carbon steel 

flat pass welding and into production, head seal plate using

1.5mm A3 plate bending production.

Guide :

Guide adopt 100 x 118 mm special aluminum guide rail, rail 

link adopt  A3  plate production , plastic-sprayed surface 

treatment;

Transfer chain :

Adopt Suzhou quality P = 38.1mm three times the speed chain, the whole 

line arrangement;

Frame or skeleton:

Adopt 40x40x 2.0 mm carbon steel flat pass welding  

production, each support spacing is 2 meters.

Lighting system:

Light pass support cold plate bending and become, 

specifications for 50 x 25 1.0 mm, 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm carbon steel 

flat pass welding production , each 2 m one paragraph, in turn,arrangement

, lighting using 40 w single belt cover fluorescent lamp , lined up on all fronts, 

the whole line about 16 sets of tubes.

Socket slot:

Use 2000 x 50 25 galvanized wire slot, is located under the machine belt,

install one).

path:

with a set of 4 points quick connector;

Each side fixtures are one propose to batch chute, adopt FD28 30 x28 aluminum , 

each station a rings.

type aluminum guide production, each station layout a piece of A4 transparent 

looking board hard rubber sleeve.
