The basic configuration and structure

1.

Machine body

The frame adopts 40 * 40 rectangular steel tube (already can be used aluminum), with only 4 feet

2.5 inches of Vientiane casters; 2 of them with brake.

The loading plate

By using two 40X40 aluminum production, aluminum surface wear-resisting rubber strip 

shop (to prevent scratching the lamp outer), a total of 3 layer design, the clearance 

between the layers is about 500mm, each layer is equipped with 48 pcs T8 of  bit  fixture.

Output 

The aging frame can  aging 140 tube light at the same time.

4.

Electric control 

Each layer is connected with 2.5 square wire, each layer with a short circuit switch, a total of 5, 

the other with a time relay, which can record the aging time.

Color

The whole set of equipment for the Aluminum color .
